Issues

Premier Soins Haute-Gatineau has been providing first aid training for over 15 years.

The company offers the various training courses required by the CNESST, as well as by specific needs such as first aid in the forestry and early childhood sectors.

The team was using an old CRM that was not being used to its full potential and was difficult to use due to its outdated interface.

The team's administrative tasks occupied a large part of their time, as they had to produce several documents related to their field:

  • CNESST claims for reimbursement
  • Certificates of attestation for each student trained
  • Offers of service

Training hundreds of workers each year, the First Aid Haute-Gatineau team had to create thousands of documents manually.

Project objectives

The goal of Premiers Soins Haute-Gatineau's management was to have a CRM that was easier to use, and above all to increase the productivity of its team by automating the creation of all the documents required in their daily activities.

  • Increased productivity: generate various documents (service offers, attestation certificates, reimbursement requests, etc.) from CRM information without having to recopy them manually.
  • Better CRM utilization: an easy-to-use CRM that offers them real benefits, not just more work to do
  • Better reporting: easily obtain all their important performance indicators without having to calculate them manually

Strategy

We began our mandate by mapping the team's sales process and planning the configuration of the chosen new CRM.

We suggested migrating to an easier-to-use, modern CRM like Pipedrive to make it easier for the team to use, and to enable the automation of various documents as desired via this CRM's flexible API.

The PandaDoc electronic signature tool is used to enable the team to quickly generate offers of service and claims for reimbursement from the CNESST for companies.

Training certificates are now generated directly from the CRM using a Google Slides template, transferring contact data from the CRM to the certificate template and generating a PDF file that is imported into the contact's file.

As a result of this project, the team at Premiers Soins Haute-Gatineau has reaped several benefits from using the technology:
