From working in spreadsheets to manage projects in Monday

The ProTech Construction team mainly used Google Sheets to manage various tasks related to bid requests as well as on-site project management. All this work created silos within the company along with a large amount of duplicate manual data entry.

Their team faced:

Solution

We began by identifying the tools in use and mapping out the processes of each department within the company. From there, we were able to model different boards in Monday.com and then automate tasks, enabling the ProTech team to gain visibility into everyone’s work and collaborate within a single tool instead of relying on spreadsheets and internal email communications.

We also optimized the Sales department, the Operations department with job site management and bid requests for future subcontractors, as well as the Marketing and Human Resources departments.
