Your request queue, as the client sees it
Composition: an anonymized view of a client's request queue, with a short message from the team in the corner. Shows the model in one glance: you add requests, we deliver them one at a time.

Your department goes after three main problems.
Your processes live in someone's head. When that person is away, work stops. We document them and automate them.
Your team retypes the same information into two or three systems. We connect them.
The 5-minute test: ask for your margins, your sales or your backlog. If the answer takes longer, you have a visibility problem.
The software gets installed. The results never show up. Four causes come up again and again, and each one has a fix.
of digital transformations both improved performance and sustained the gains.
McKinsey Global Survey, Unlocking success in digital transformations, 2018. Based on 1,793 respondents, 1,521 of whom had taken part in a digital transformation. A further 7% improved performance but did not sustain it.
In your first month, we review every function of your business: sales, operations, finance and HR. You get a roadmap ranked by business impact, plus the grant programs that could help fund it.
Every week, we meet to set priorities. Between meetings, you add requests to your queue by email, Loom video or directly on your board. We handle them one at a time, in the order you choose.
Every month, a new milestone goes live: a new system, or the next stage of a larger project. In between, we handle changes, support, monitoring, training and documentation.
Annotated request queue
1600x1000. Anonymized Linear view of a client's queue, annotated with three labels: You set the order. One request at a time. Live status.
Most firms either plan or execute. We do both, so the plan actually gets built.
An employee only ever sees your company. We bring what we learned across 20 years of experience.
One fixed fee. No hours to track, no quote for every request.
Every system is documented, and everything we build is yours.
We work in tech, but we talk business. In English or French.
Prioritization and follow-up on every project underway. You always know what is coming and what is blocked.
A new system, or the next stage of a larger project, goes into production every month, chosen from your roadmap.
No cap on volume. One request is executed at a time, and you are the one who sets the order of the queue.
Technical support and answers to your team's questions, without counting the hours.
We monitor your systems and how they're used, and we train your teams as often as needed, at no extra cost.
Every intervention updates the documentation, so nothing lives in one person's head.
Every other way costs more.
We don't replace your MSP: we work alongside them, and we coordinate them for you.
Book a CallEach responsibility the department covers exists somewhere in your company today. It is either bought by the hour, carried by someone who has no time for it, or not carried at all. Here is what each one costs when you buy it on its own.
Plenty of vendors make sure you can never leave. We do the opposite, and we say it out loud before you sign.
The systems, the accounts, the automations. They run on your own infrastructure and they stay there whatever happens between us.
Documentation is updated after every change, so nothing depends on us being in the room. That is the whole point of the model.
When the volume justifies bringing it in-house, we help you get there: the profiles to hire, training your people on your own systems, and a clean handover.
Thirty minutes. We look at your current systems, name the two or three most obvious gains, and tell you honestly whether a department is the right vehicle. If it isn't, we say so.
“We were wondering whether to hire our own programmer. At $80,000 to $90,000 a year, it just didn't make sense. And you see things we don't, because we're not your only client.”

One month, $1,495, and a way out. Long enough to see whether a department belongs in your business.
I spent 10+ years in industrial automation before starting Liboiron. For the first few years we sold projects. One engagement, one deliverable, one invoice, and on to the next client.
I saw the problem when I went back to former clients. The system we had delivered was still running, but only half of it. One person used it, the others had gone back to their spreadsheets. The documentation was dated the day of delivery. Nobody had noticed that an automation had been broken for four months.
It was not a delivery quality problem. It was a business model problem. A vendor paid by the project has no reason to come back and check whether their system is still being used.
The automation department exists to fix that. You are not paying for a project, you are paying for a team that stays. Our interest is aligned with yours: if your systems are not being used, we see it, and we are the ones who have to fix it.
That is also why we keep few mandates. We cannot promise this level of attention to twenty companies at once, and I would rather tell you no than disappoint you.

You would need both. A programmer builds but doesn't set direction. An IT director sets direction but doesn't build. Together, that's $205,000 to $265,000 a year in salaries before benefits, and two hard-to-find profiles to recruit. Both would also only ever see one company: yours.
We get access to your tools, meet the people who use them and review each function of your business. By the end of the month, you have a prioritized roadmap and a list of the grant programs that apply. Your first milestone starts right after. We make sure you get back your investment by 3X.
There's no empty month. That month's milestone goes to improving what's already running, training your team or getting ahead on the next project.
We break them into monthly milestones. You see something go live every month instead of waiting a year for one big launch.
Computer, network and printer support (that's your MSP's job), full ERP implementations and marketing work. If you need them, we help you choose the right vendor and coordinate them for you.
Yes, we don't put handcuffs, we work with people who want to work with us. Your documentation is always up to date, so any team can pick up where we left off.
We work alongside them. They keep your computers, network and security running. We handle your processes, automations and AI. Where the two meet, we coordinate with them for you.
Depending on the project, grants or tax credits may apply. We identify the programs and prepare the applications.

Your systems are connected to our monitoring system. We catch breakages before your teams do, and we measure real adoption. A system nobody uses is a system that failed. What we observe goes straight back into next week's priorities.
Daily operation: keep your teams away from working in the business and focus on important projects to generate revenues and sustainability.
You are not their priority and projects do not move at your pace. They react instead of taking the lead, and they never come to you with better methods, tools or ideas.
You invest in technology without getting the gains you were promised. And nobody is accountable.
Every responsibility the department covers already exists somewhere in your company. It is either carried by someone who has no time for it, bought by the hour, or not carried at all.
Three screenshots beat three paragraphs. This is the section that separates you from every service page that looks like every other service page.
I stopped paying hours to three different vendors who kept passing the ball to each other. One fixed amount, one team, one priority queue that I control. My controller loves it: he knows exactly what it costs every month.
What convinced me was the adoption tracking. Before, we would install things and find out six months later that the team had gone back to their spreadsheet. Now they see it before I do and they come tell me.
Yes. Researching and writing the financial aid applications that apply to your projects is part of the mandate. Depending on your situation, ESSOR, Services Quebec training support and innovation tax credits can fund part of the work. To validate: which grants you are actually equipped to file today.
