WHAT WE TAKE CARE OF

Three Main Problems, One Department

Your department goes after three main problems.

01

Dependency to key people

Your processes live in someone's head. When that person is away, work stops. We document them and automate them.

  • AI agents for sales, ops and finances
  • Turn SOP nobody read into AI actionnable actions
  • Keep knowledge inside your organizatin
02

Repetitive admin tasks

Your team retypes the same data into two or three systems. We connect them to skyrocket their productivity.

  • CRM, accounting and ERP in sync
  • Supplier invoices matched to purchase orders and receiving slips
  • Meetings turned into tasks, CRM activities and minutes
03

Data visibility

The 5-minute test: ask for your margins, your sales or your backlog. If the answer takes longer, you have a data visibility problem.

  • Live sales and profitability dashboards
  • Projects profitability
  • AI assistant for budgetting and forecasting
WHY PROJECTS FAIL

Why your Tech Projects Never Deliver ROI

The software gets installed. The results never show up. Four causes come up again and again, and each one has a fix.

  • Nobody gets a real training. The tool is live and nobody uses it. We train your users as often as needed and track real adoption.
  • The documentation dies at launch. Written once, never updated. We update it after every change.
  • The vendor moves on. Support ends when the project does. Ours doesn't: unlimited support, preventive and corrective.
  • Nobody is watching. Breakdowns go unnoticed until someone complains. Our monitoring system catches them before your team feels them.
12%

of business transformations achieve their original ambition.

Bain & Company, Transformation & Change Survey, April 2024. Based on more than 400 executives and senior leaders. Transformations overseen by a dedicated transformation leader capture 24% more of their planned value (Bain database of 24,000+ initiatives).

HOW IT WORKS

Your Department in Three Steps

  • 1

    Plan

We review every function of your business: sales, operations and finance. You get a roadmap ranked by business impact, plus the grant programs that could help fund it.

  • 2

    Prioritize

Every week, we meet to set priorities. Between meetings, you add requests to your queue by email, Loom video or directly on your board. We handle them one at a time, in the order you choose.

  • 3

    Deliver and Optimize

Every month, a new milestone goes live: a new system, or the next stage of a larger project. In between, we handle changes, support, monitoring, training and documentation.

WHY A DEPARTMENT

An Automation Department, Not a Hire

01

The Brains and the Hands

Most firms either plan or execute. We do both, so the plan actually gets built.

02

Costs Less Than the Hires It Replaces

An employee only ever sees your company. We bring what we learned across 20 years of experience.

03

A Question No Longer Means an Invoice

One fixed fee. No hours to track, no quote for every request.

04

Nothing Lives in One Person's Head

Every system is documented, and everything we build is yours.

05

A Team That Speaks Your Language

We work in tech, but we talk business. In English or French.

06

Make Sure Your Business Goals Are Reached

We are not in the day to day ops, so we can help you to make sure your goals are reached.

Do the math...

Every other way costs more.

What it replaces

Every line below already costs you something

Each responsibility the department covers exists somewhere in your company today. It is either bought by the hour, carried by someone who has no time for it, or not carried at all. Here is what each one costs when you buy it on its own.

There's more

No Handcuffs. Ever.

Plenty of vendors make sure you can never leave. We do the opposite, and we say it out loud before you sign.

Everything we build is yours

The systems, the accounts, the automations. They are yours, whatever happens between us.

Monthly engagement, no yearly marriage

We work with people who understand what we can do for them.

If you want to stop using our services, a 30 days notice is all you have to do.

We can help you build your own department

When the volume justifies bringing it in-house, we help you get there: the profiles to hire, training your people on your own systems, and a clean handover.

Next step

See How Your Department Would Work

One month, $1,495, and a way out. Long enough to see whether an automation department belongs in your business.

  • 1Days 1 to 10: first work sessions and you get a prioritized roadmap.
  • 2Days 11 to 29: get your first quick wins implemented.
  • 3Day 30: you decide. If you continue, you get all the benefits of having your automation department. If you don't, you keep all the work done plus you get your money back.

A word from Julien

Why I stopped selling hours

I spent 10+ years in industrial automation before starting Liboiron 10 years ago. For the first few years we sold projects. One engagement, one deliverable, one invoice, and on to the next client.

I saw the problem when I went back to former clients. The system we had delivered was still running, but only half of it. One person used it, the others had gone back to their spreadsheets. The documentation was dated the day of delivery. Nobody had noticed that an automation had been broken for four months.

It was not a delivery quality problem. It was a business model problem. A vendor paid by the project or hourly has no reason to come back and check whether their system is still being used.

The automation department exists to fix that. You are not paying for a project, you are paying for a team that stays. Our interest is aligned with yours: if your systems are not being used, we see it, and we are the ones who have to fix it.

That is also why we keep few mandates. We cannot promise this level of attention to tens of companies at once, and I would rather tell you no than disappoint you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why not just hire a programmer or an IT director?

You would need both. A programmer builds but doesn't set direction. An IT director sets direction but doesn't build. Together, that's $205,000 to $265,000 a year in salaries before benefits, and two hard-to-find profiles to recruit. Both would also only ever see one company: yours. We bring 20 years of experience in automation across different industries.

How does the first month work?

We get access to your tools, meet the people who use them and review each function of your business. By the end of the month, you have a prioritized roadmap and a list of the grant programs that apply. Your first milestone starts right after. We make sure you get back your investment by 3X.

What if we don't have a new project one month?

There's no empty month. That month's milestone goes to improving what's already running, training your team or getting ahead on the next project. Plus, we do the monitoring and support of your systems and teams.

How do you handle large projects?

We break them into monthly milestones. You see something go live every month instead of waiting a year for one big launch.

What isn't included?

Computer, network and printer support (that's your MSP's job), full ERP implementations and marketing work. If you need them, we can help you choose the right vendor and coordinate them for you.

Do our systems belong to us if we stop?

Yes, we don't put handcuffs, we work with people who want to work with us. Your documentation is always up to date, so any team can pick up where we left off.

We already have an IT provider. How does that work?

We work alongside them. They keep your computers, network and security running. We handle your processes, automations and AI. Where the two meet, we coordinate with them for you.

Can grants help fund our projects?

Depending on the project, grants or tax credits may apply. We identify the programs and prepare the applications.

Your team is stuck in day to day

Daily operation: keep your teams away from working in the business and focus on important projects to generate revenues and sustainability.

Your vendors are juggling several clients

You are not their priority and projects do not move at your pace. They react instead of taking the lead, and they never come to you with better methods, tools or ideas.

Your projects risk never delivering the results

You invest in technology without getting the gains you were promised. And nobody is accountable.

I stopped paying hours to three different vendors who kept passing the ball to each other. One fixed amount, one team, one priority queue that I control. My controller loves it: he knows exactly what it costs every month.

What convinced me was the adoption tracking. Before, we would install things and find out six months later that the team had gone back to their spreadsheet. Now they see it before I do and they come tell me.

Can we qualify for grants?

Yes. Researching and writing the financial aid applications that apply to your projects is part of the mandate. Depending on your situation, ESSOR, Services Quebec training support and innovation tax credits can fund part of the work. To validate: which grants you are actually equipped to file today.

Overwhelmed by the technology projects in your business?

We don't sell you another report or a block of hours. We give you a project.

Why aren't you able to take advantage of technology?

One call. We talk it through, then we build you a project — so you can see how we work.

What you get

Not another report. Not a quote. A diagnostic and a first project, actually built.

01 · The call

A diagnostic of your operations

We walk through one process with you — the one you already know needs fixing.

02 · The plan

The first project, prioritized

We propose a solution to the problem — whether that's how the work is organized, an automation, or an AI agent.

03 · The build

A project on us, not a promise

We don't stop at the plan. We build the first project so you can see how we work — no invoice, no commitment.

Some of our clients

Before you book, you're probably wondering

01

We already have an IT provider

Good — we don't replace your MSP or your accountant. We don't do help desk or endpoint support, and we don't hand you a plan and leave you to execute it.

We cover what nobody else covers: automating and integrating your business processes, from planning through to production monitoring.

02

What if we want to bring it in-house one day?

That's often the right instinct — once the volume justifies it. When that day comes, we can structure the department and the roles, support you through hiring, and train the people.

On documented systems, not tribal knowledge. We're the only partner whose offer includes its own exit — a real partner, not just another vendor.

03

We could just hire someone instead

Then you have to choose. A developer executes what you ask, but usually lacks the business context and stays too technical. An IT director plans and prioritizes — but leads a team you don't have.

We bring the head and the hands. No recruiting, no managing, no risk.
